I already have Verizon phone and DSL. The orange conduit and the connection boxes are in the ground in my neighborhood already. When will your technicians come and install the fiber network so I can get FIOS. I live in Lake Ridge, VA. ZIP 22192.

I have been trying for days to determine if my townhouse development in Arlington, VA (neighborhood of Ballston) will have FIOS installed within the next month or so. I live at 1172 N. Utah St., Arlington, VA 22201. I have ordered a TV dish, but if you can assure me that FIOS will be installed in the near future, then I will cancel my order for the TV Dish and instead order Verizon FIOS (the triple package). Interested in fios for my home in Worcester, Mass.

Would like to be placed on the notification list when it is available.

I want to add TV to my other services.

Direct TV visited my apartment and informed me that my apt. is not facing in the direction needed to access Direct TV.

I live in Allentown (Monmouth county) and I originally signed up for FIOS and canceled after I found out that Verizon does not offer phila channels in Monmouth county. When I spoke to a Verizon Rep she insisted that my area code is 732. I can’t believe that Verizon does not know that the western portion of Monmouth county is 609 area code and is surrounded on three sides by Mercer county.. The only way I will sign up for FIOS is if I get offered the Mercer county channel lineup (both NY and Phila channels.) Many people in the area feel the same way as I do.
